Basic requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system and familiarity with all its versions
Basic knowledge of the macOS operating system preferred
Basic knowledge of computer networks (IP addresses, routers, Wi-Fi configurations)
Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language, for easier communication and understanding of technical documentation
Expected activities and responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients regarding the use and maintenance of printers, troubleshooting and setting parameters
Providing IT support to colleagues in the firm for various computing tasks, solving hardware and software problems
Installation, configuration and management of client printer software, as well as user training when necessary
